The material
Smoky quartz: Quartz in brown and grey. Heavier to look at than clear quartz. Worn as a boundary. Tiger's eye: Golden-brown with silky bands that move in the light. Steady hands, clear head. Yours will not match the photograph bead for bead. Colour, veining and small inclusions are the material, not a fault. We do not dye a bead and then call it a crystal.

Why Animaelle

Before you order
Most Animaelle bracelets are a single strand of about 8 mm beads, knotted by hand and checked on a wrist form before they go in the box. Sizes are your wrist, not the cord: S is 14–15 cm, M is 15.5–16.5 cm, L is 17–18 cm. Between sizes, go up. The method takes a strip of paper and one minute: how to measure.
Take it off for showers, swimming and sleep if you can. Elastic cord and stone both last longer dry. Wipe the beads with a soft cloth after a long day. A cord tired after a year or two of daily wear is a restring, for the cost of postage, not a new bracelet. Write to us with the stone's name.
If the size is wrong, or the cord arrived damaged, write before you post it back. We will say what we can do. We do not publish a fixed return window. Natural variation is not a reason to send it back.
