Questions, answered once.
Animaelle support is the studio answer page for fit, shipping, care, and what a natural-stone bracelet does not do. It states this house’s own rules in one place. The stone does not heal or change luck.
One word. One stone to start.
Checked 30 September 2026. These six lines are the only intentions. We do not promise the stone will change the thing. We promise it will sit on your wrist and remind you of the word you chose.
| Word | Start with | Also | The line |
|---|---|---|---|
| Love | rose quartz | strawberry quartz, rhodonite | For the people you keep close, and for yourself. |
| Protection | obsidian | black tourmaline, tiger eye | A boundary for crowded days. |
| Wealth | citrine | pyrite, green aventurine | Ask for the number. Then hold it. |
| Career | tiger eye | citrine, lapis lazuli | Steady through the long weeks. |
| Health | green aventurine | clear quartz, agate | Small habits, kept. |
| Peace | amethyst | aquamarine, clear quartz | Quiet enough to hear yourself. |
Each answer starts with the sentence you can quote, then the limit. If an order is already placed, include the order number. Shipping, returns, and the one-minute measure page keep the longer notes.
Shipping, tracking, and sending it back.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Standard shipping is $6.99 to every country, and orders of $100 or more ship free. Most orders leave the studio within one or two business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes seven to fifteen days. Parcels leave from Hong Kong.
There is one rate, not a domestic rate and a foreign rate. Checkout is where that price is confirmed. If a destination is blocked, the address will not go through. That is the list. We do not add a hidden exception after you pay. The shipping confirmation email is the record of when it left. A particular morning is not promised.
Can I change the address or cancel the order?
Write the same day, with the order number, if the address is wrong or you want the order cancelled. Do this before the parcel leaves the studio. Once it has left, the carrier has it, and we cannot pull it back.
Put the order number in the first line, then the new address in full, or the words “please cancel.” Same day means the day you placed it, before dispatch. After the confirmation email says it has left, a second email cannot recall the box. If you only noticed later, still write. We will tell you what the carrier can still do, and what it cannot.
The tracking number has not updated.
The first scan often takes a day or two after the shipping confirmation email. If the tracking is still quiet after that, write with the order number. Trust that email, not a guess about where the box is.
A tracking number can exist before the first hub scan. That gap is normal on international parcels and is not, by itself, a lost order. Tell us the order number, the destination country, and the date on the confirmation. We check it from Hong Kong. We do not invent a new delivery date to make the wait feel shorter.
Will I have to pay import tax?
If your country charges duty or tax, that charge is collected locally, from you. We do not prepay it, and we do not keep a country-by-country table. Checkout shows our shipping only: $6.99, or free when the order is $100 or more.
Import tax is not a second shipping fee from Animaelle. It is assessed, if at all, by the destination. We cannot tell you the amount in advance, because it depends on the country and on how the parcel is classified there. The price you approved at checkout is the price we charge.
I chose the wrong size.
Measure the wrist again, then write with the order number and the centimetres. We say whether to send it back before you buy a label. We do not promise a 14-day or a 30-day window. The next step is agreed in the reply, not assumed from a policy clock.
Use paper or a soft tape where a watch would sit, not over a sleeve. S is 14–15 cm, M is 15.5–16.5 cm, L is 17–18 cm. Between two sizes, the larger one sits flatter. The letter is the wrist, not the length of the finished strand, so do not add centimetres for the cord. If the paper reads 15.2 cm, choose M. If it reads 16.7 cm, choose L.
I changed my mind.
If you have not worn it, and the cord is as it arrived, write to us before you post anything. We will tell you whether we can take it back. We do not publish a fixed return window, and we do not want a label bought before that answer.
Say what changed, and include the order number. A bead that simply looks different from the photograph is not a change of mind we treat as damage. Natural stone varies in colour, veining, and small inclusions. That difference is the material. A cracked bead, or a cord that arrived already damaged, is different: send a photo with the note.
The cord is loose, or it broke.
A loose or broken cord after daily wear is a restring, not a return, and not a sign. Elastic worn every day usually lasts about one to two years. We restring it for the cost of postage. Write with the order number and the stone.
Showering, swimming, and sleeping in the bracelet make the cord tired sooner. Take it off for those three. A break on a difficult day does not mean the stone failed or that luck left. We do not read a snapped cord. We replace the cord. The beads stay the ones you had.
Natural, and not a copy of the photo.
Are the stones natural, and why doesn't mine match the photo?
Yes. Every bead is cut from natural stone. Colour, veining, and small inclusions change from piece to piece, so yours will not match the photograph exactly. That difference is the material, not a defect, and it is not a reason to send it back.
The photograph is one bead, shot in soft light on paper. The next bead from the same material can be paler, darker, or more marked. We do not dye a strand to force a match, and we do not call variation damage. If a bead arrived cracked, or the cord was already split, that is a fault. Send a photo and the order number.
Do you certify where the stone was mined?
We sell natural stone, and the product title names the material. We do not publish a mine certificate, a country of origin, or an ethical-sourcing seal for every bead. If you need to ask about one piece, write with its name.
A certificate we do not hold will not be invented for a listing. “Natural” here means the bead is stone, not glass and not a printed picture. It does not mean we have audited a mine. Treat any origin sentence that is not on the product page as something we have not said.
Are the metals hypoallergenic?
Most bracelets are stone on an elastic cord, not a metal bangle against the skin. If a piece includes metal, the product title says so. We do not call a metal hypoallergenic unless that same product page says it.
Elastic against the skin is the usual case. A finding, a clasp, or a small metal charm is the exception, and it has to be named on that listing before you rely on it. If you react to a named metal, write before you wear it further. We will not guess a metal that the title does not mention.
Is a darker stone, or a certain shape, stronger?
No. A deeper colour is only how that piece of stone formed. It is not a stronger effect, and a particular cut is not a stronger effect either. We do not rank shapes, and we do not sell a “more powerful” grade of the same material.
Amethyst can be pale or deep and still be the Peace stone: for a quieter mind. Citrine can be bright or honey-coloured and still only mark the moment you ask for a number. If a seller ranks darkness as strength, that ranking is not ours. Choose the bead you will actually wear.
Do the stones lose their energy over time?
Nothing in the bead runs out. There is no charge to top up, and no date on which the stone goes flat. What wears out is the cord. When it is fuzzy or slack, we restring it for the cost of postage.
You do not need moonlight, salt, sound, or a blessing to “bring it back.” Wipe it with a soft dry cloth and keep it out of a hot window. The word you chose does not expire. If the bracelet has stopped being a reminder, that is a habit question, not a stone that emptied.
Water, sun, and the cloth.
Can I shower, swim, or sleep in it?
Take it off for the shower, the swim, and the night. The elastic cord and the stone both last longer when they stay dry. If you were wearing it as a reminder, that reminder already happened before you took it off.
Water is the main way a cord dies early. Sleeping in it does not make the night more effective, and it does press the elastic for hours. Leave the strand on a dish where you see it while the light is still on, then lie down without it. A dish is storage. It is not an altar, and it is not a treatment.
How do I clean it? Can sunlight, water, or moonlight recharge it?
Wipe it with a soft dry cloth. Do not leave it in a hot window. We do not cleanse stones with water, salt, moonlight, or sound, and we do not bless them. There is no reset step before the bracelet is yours.
Soap, saltwater, and a long soak are how cords fray and how some stones dull. Sun through glass can heat a bead for no benefit we claim. If you read a ritual that says the stone must be cleared before it “works,” that ritual is not part of this house. The piece is ready when it arrives.
How should I store it?
Keep it dry, out of the bathroom, and not pulled tight against other jewellery. A small dish by the bed is enough for the night. The dish is storage. It is not an altar, and it does not arrange a field in the room.
One strand, or a few that you actually wear, in a place you can see. A bathroom hook stays damp. A knot of many cords in a pouch wears the elastic at the points where they grind. You do not need a special cloth, a singing bowl, or a window with a moon view.
Size, hand, and more than one.
How do I choose my size?
The letter is your wrist, not the length of the finished strand. Wrap paper or a soft tape where a watch would sit, mark it, and read the centimetres. S is 14–15 cm, M is 15.5–16.5 cm, L is 17–18 cm. Between sizes, choose the larger. Do not add centimetres for the cord.
Do not measure over a sleeve, and do not measure the bracelet you already own unless you are comparing. Most beads are 8 mm. If you stack two strands, still measure the wrist once. The sizes do not change. There is no half size. A slightly loose strand sits flatter than one that bites.
Which hand should I wear it on?
Either wrist is fine. We do not use a rule that the left hand receives energy and the right hand sends it. Wear the bracelet on the wrist where your fingers will actually find the bead during the day.
You will see left-hand and right-hand instructions on other sites, including for Pixiu, citrine, and amethyst. Those instructions are not Animaelle’s. Switching hands does not turn the stone off, and it does not start a different effect. If you want the reminder, put it where you touch it. That is the whole rule.
Can I wear more than one bracelet?
You can. Give each strand one intention, or wear only one. Most of our beads are 8 mm, not a thin 4 mm stack. Several intentions on one wrist is how the reminder gets lost. If you stack, still measure the wrist once.
One word is the design of the piece. Peace, Love, Wealth, Career, Protection, and Health are not synonyms, and they should not be piled into a single story. Two strands are reasonable when they are doing two different jobs you can name. Six strands are jewellery, not a clearer mind. Friction between cords also wears elastic faster than one strand does.
Which way should a Pixiu face, and who can touch it?
We do not use a facing rule, a left-hand rule, or a rule about who may touch it. You will see those instructions elsewhere. Here the animal is the form of the bead. Size it, take it off at night, and keep one intention.
A Pixiu on citrine is still Wealth: ask for the number, then hold it. The number does not appear because the animal faces out. A Pixiu on obsidian is still Protection: a boundary for a crowded day, not a ward. We do not activate it, bless it, or tell you it must not be touched. Money still requires you to say the price.
Is there a men’s crystal bracelet?
There is no men’s-energy bracelet. If the point is the work week, start with tiger’s eye: steady hands, a clear head. If the point is a boundary in a crowded day, start with obsidian. Either can be worn by anyone.
The title may say the strand is cut for a larger wrist or a darker palette. That is fit and colour, not a sexed effect. We do not promise confidence, status, or a different result for men. Measure the wrist you will wear it on. S, M, and L are the same three ranges.
What does a bodhi seed bracelet mean here?
It is a bead you can count a breath on. It is not a religious identity, and it is not a 108-bead mala we are trying to sell you. The seed does not bless the count. You count. The bead only marks the count.
Breathe out longer than you breathe in, for a few rounds, in a chair you already use. Then stop. We do not teach a course, and we do not attach the seed to a doctrine. If you wanted prayer beads for a specific religion, this is the wrong object. If you wanted a wrist you can touch while you breathe, a bodhi strand can be that.
The night, without a sleep aid.
Can a crystal help me sleep?
No. It is not a sleep aid, and it is not medicine. If sleep has been broken for many weeks, talk to a clinician. On an ordinary hard night, keep a steady wake time, get morning light, and charge the phone outside the bed.
A stone on the nightstand is a third thing, after those habits, not the method. You see it while the light is still on. Then you take every bracelet off. Amethyst, if you use one, means a quieter mind. It does not hand you a quiet life, and it does not replace the wake time.
Should I sleep in it, or put it under the pillow?
Neither. Do not wear it through the night, and do not put it under the pillow. Under the pillow is uncomfortable, and we claim nothing for it. Wearing it to bed works against the cord and is not how this studio uses a stone.
Set one piece where you can see it before the light goes off. One piece, not a ring of stones around the bed. Then take the bracelet off. The reminder, if you were using one, already happened. Sleep still depends on the hour you get up, the light in the morning, and the phone not being in the bed.
Will it stop nightmares or change my dreams?
No. We do not sell stones for dreams, nightmares, or a more vivid night. Nothing on this site is chosen, placed, or arranged to steer what you dream. A bead is not a dream practice, and it is not a treatment for bad nights.
If the night is frightening often, that is a reason to talk to a clinician, not a reason to add a bead under the bed. We will not match a stone to a kind of dream. The care rule stays the same: the bracelet comes off before you lie down.
I feel anxious in the day and I cannot sleep. Is that one bracelet?
No. Do not wear one piece for both and then sleep in it. Daytime worry, if you want a bead at all, is a wrist reminder and comes off at night. Sleep is the nightstand, the wake time, and the phone outside the bed.
Amethyst is Peace: for a quieter mind. It is not a sedative, and it is not a treatment for anxiety. Two things that are not a purchase still come first. Put the phone face down for the length of a kettle. Leave the room before you answer. The bead is the third, and only while you are awake.
The number, the sentence, the week.
Will rose quartz bring love, or what people call peach-blossom luck?
No. Nobody else is changed by this piece. Love, on this site, means the people you keep close, and yourself. The change we will talk about is the order of your sentences: softer to yourself first, then to the other person. The stone does not fetch love.
Make the plan you can actually keep: a time to meet, or one sentence you have been avoiding. If you are not ready to say the thing, do not use the bead to say it. Rose quartz is not a spell, and it is not about whether another person will love you. Strawberry quartz can carry the same intention. The difference is how the pink looks, not a second kind of love.
Rose quartz or strawberry quartz?
Same intention: Love. The difference is the look of the pink. Rose quartz is the cloudy one. Strawberry quartz shows inclusions. Neither one brings a person to you, and neither one is a Career stone or the main Peace stone.
Choose the pink you will wear. If you want the sentence-order reminder, either stone can sit on the wrist for that. We do not add a hidden ranking in which one pink is “more loving.” The comparison of appearance already lives in the journal. This page only settles the intention.
Do money crystals work?
They do not produce money. Wealth here means: ask for the number, then hold it. What can change is the moment before you ask. You say the price. You send the invoice. You stop rounding the request down. The bead does not do those three things.
Citrine is the stone we start with for that moment. It can also be a Career stone, but on a money question it is Wealth, not a charm. Open the account on a day you choose. Send the invoice that is already written. A crystal on the desk does not replace either act, and it does not care which corner of the room it sits in.
Where should I put a money crystal, and how do I activate it?
On the wrist when you are about to name the number, or on the desk where you write the number. We do not activate it. We do not place it by a direction, a wealth corner, or a compass point.
There is no blessing, no moonlight step, and no “on” switch. If both the number and the week’s work are stuck, pick the one that hurts this week. Citrine for the number you have not asked for. Tiger’s eye for the task already on the desk. The piece does not go to work for you, and it does not promise the role.
Citrine or tiger’s eye?
Citrine when the task is the number you have not said out loud. Tiger’s eye when the task is the week in front of you: steady hands, a clear head, one job finished before the next is opened. If both are true, pick the one that hurts this week.
Citrine can also be Career. Tiger’s eye can also be Protection. Do not turn that overlap into a third intention. Wealth does not promise income. Career does not promise the interview. Protection does not thin the crowd. It gives you a line you can feel when a conversation has gone on too long.
What the stone does not do.
Do crystals actually work?
We do not promise the stone will change the thing. We promise it will sit on your wrist and remind you of the word you chose. It does not treat illness, and it does not bring love or money. Belief is not required for the bead to be a bead.
If something in your week changes, it is because you did the small act: the pause before you answer, the invoice sent, the softer first sentence, the task finished before the next one. The bead did not do that act. Feeling nothing is allowed. There is no correct tingling, heat, or “energy” you are supposed to notice. If you wanted a cure, this is the wrong object.
I don't feel anything. Is that a problem?
Feeling nothing is a normal outcome. The stone is not a switch, and nothing has failed. Check two practical things: the size fits, and you are wearing it in the hour you meant to remember. There is no correct sensation.
People sometimes wait for warmth, a pulse, or a mood to arrive on its own. We do not describe the stone that way. The work is the reminder you already chose. Peace is noticing the noise sooner. Wealth is saying the number. If the hour passes and you never look at the bead, the bead had no job that day. That is use, not a dead stone.
How do I choose a stone?
Start with one word, not a ranking of power. Peace starts with amethyst. Love starts with rose quartz. Wealth starts with citrine. Career starts with tiger’s eye. Protection starts with obsidian. Health is a habit you keep. The stone is not medicine. We do not add a seventh intention.
The official lines are fixed. Peace: quiet enough to hear yourself. Love: for the people you keep close, and for yourself. Wealth: ask for the number, then hold it. Career: steady through the long weeks. Health: small habits, kept. Protection: a boundary for crowded days. A darker bead is not a stronger one. A second stone “for backup” usually means the first word was not chosen.
How do I set an intention?
Pick one of the six lines on the intentions page. Say it once, to yourself, when you put the bracelet on. We do not give a script, a moon step, or a blessing before it is yours. There is nothing to activate.
The line has to be one you will actually do. “Ask for the number” means a price you send. “A boundary for crowded days” means you notice when a conversation has gone on too long. A sentence you do not intend to act on is a slogan, and the bead will not act on it for you. One line. Then wear it in the hour that line matters.
How long before I notice a difference?
There is no onset time. We do not say three days, twenty-one days, or a full moon. The stone does not start working on a schedule, because it does not do the change. You either do the small act or you do not.
If you wanted a result date, this is the wrong object. What you can check the same day is practical. Does the size sit flat. Did you take it off for water and sleep. Did you do the one act the word names: the invoice, the pause, the finished task. Those are observable. A feeling of “energy” is not something we measure or promise.
I am new to this. What should I buy first?
One bracelet, and one word. Do not start with a set. Read the six lines, pick the week you are actually in, and buy the stone that line starts with. Most beads are 8 mm. Measure the wrist before you choose S, M, or L.
Beginners do not need a cleansing, a hand rule, or a second stone “to balance” the first. If the week is noise, amethyst. If the week is a price you have not said, citrine. If the week is a crowded room, obsidian. If you are buying for someone else, give the bracelet and one plain sentence about the occasion. Do not include a belief they did not ask for.
Can I give one to someone who does not believe in crystals?
Yes. Give the bracelet and one plain sentence about the occasion. You do not have to include a belief, a meaning card, or a ritual. If you are not ready to say the thing yourself, do not use the stone to say it for you.
We do not add gift wrap or a separate gift receipt. The piece in the box is the gift. If you do not know the wrist, send the measuring note rather than guessing a tight size. Between sizes, the larger one. A painting name on a Gallery strand is only where the colours came from. It is not a charm, and it is not museum merchandise.
Is Animaelle the same as EclipticJew?
Same family, different house. Animaelle is the quieter one. It is not “healing jewelry with soul and science.” That line is not ours. Blessing, chakras, zodiac, and feng shui can be talked about when a product or a question uses those words. They are not a seventh intention.
You may see both names and assume one care guide and one return window. Do not. Our cord still comes off for the shower, the swim, and the night. Our shipping is still $6.99 worldwide, free from $100.
Do you teach chakras, or bless the jewelry?
Yes, we can talk about them. People use “chakra bracelet” for a multicolour strand, and some pieces are named for a blessing or a consecration. The name on the product page is the name we use. A strand is still beads on a cord. We do not match a bead to a diagnosis, and we do not promise the stone will change the thing.
The six intentions are how the rest of the shop is grouped. Nothing has to be charged in the moon before you wear it. The bracelet is finished when it is strung. Measure the wrist, then choose S, M, or L.
The longer note, if you need it.
These pages keep the same facts. Support is the full short answer.
