Help
If something is wrong.
Write before you post it back. We will say what we can do. Colour and veining are the stone, not a fault.
What we can see
Variation is the material.
Every bead is natural stone. Colour, veining and small inclusions change from piece to piece, which is why yours will not look exactly like the photograph. That is not a reason to send it back.
If the size is wrong, measure again and write with the order number and the centimetres. If the cord arrived damaged, or a bead is cracked, send a photo with the note. We answer before you pay to post a parcel.
A cord that has gone slack after a year of daily wear is not a return. We restring that for the cost of postage.
Questions
Before you send it.
I chose the wrong size.
Measure with the guide, then write with the order number and the centimetres. We will tell you whether to send it back before you buy a label.
I changed my mind.
If you have not worn it and the cord is as it arrived, write to us. We will tell you whether we can take it back. We do not promise a window we have not agreed with you.
The cord is tired after a year.
That is a restring, not a return. We do it for the cost of postage. The cord-care note explains how to tell.
