After you order
The email is the record.
When the parcel leaves, the shipping confirmation goes to the email on the order. That note has the tracking, when the carrier provides it.
If you need the address changed, write the same day, with the order number. After it has left, the carrier has it, and we cannot pull it back.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is $6.99. Orders of $100 or more ship free. If a destination is restricted at checkout, the address will not go through. That is the list, not a hidden exception.
Where do parcels leave from?
From our studio in Hong Kong. Transit of seven to fifteen days is usual after dispatch, and some countries take longer.
The tracking has not moved.
The first scan can take a day or two after the confirmation email. If it is still quiet after that, write to us with the order number.
