This store is operated by Animaelle, from Hong Kong. By visiting animaelle.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms, and to the shipping, returns and privacy policies linked from checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The pieces

We sell natural stone bracelets. The stone sits on the wrist and reminds you of a word you chose. It does not treat, cure, or change an outcome. Nothing on the site is medical, financial, or relationship advice.

Most strands are 8 mm beads on elastic cord. Colour, veining and small inclusions differ from the photograph. That difference is the stone, not a defect.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and can change. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, including when we believe it was placed by mistake, in unusual quantity, or with details we cannot fulfil. If we cancel, we refund what you paid.

You agree to give a current email and a shipping address the carrier can use. If you need the address changed, write the same day, before the parcel leaves.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is described in the shipping policy. Returns, cancellations and restringing are described in the refund policy. Where the law where you live gives you a right we cannot set aside, that right still applies.

The site

The words, photographs and layout of this site belong to Animaelle. Do not copy them for your own shop. Do not use the site to break the law, to send harmful code, or to scrape accounts.

We may change the site, a product, or these terms. The current terms are the ones on this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you are accepting the change.

Privacy

What we do with your name, address and order is in the privacy policy.

Liability

The pieces and the site are provided as they are. We are not liable for loss that the law lets us exclude. Where the law does not let us exclude liability, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here removes a consumer right that cannot be removed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live still apply.
