Write first

If something is wrong, write to us before you post the piece back. Email shopeclipticjew@gmail.com with the order number. We will say what we can do.

What is not a fault

Every bead is natural stone. Colour, veining and small inclusions change from piece to piece. Yours will not look exactly like the photograph. That is the material, not a reason to send it back.

If we sent the wrong piece, or it arrived damaged

Send a photo with the order number. If the cord arrived damaged, a bead is cracked, or the piece is not the one you ordered, we replace it or refund it. You do not pay the return postage when the fault is ours. We answer before you buy a label.

Wrong size

Measure again, then write with the order number and the centimetres. Wrist sizes are S 14–15 cm, M 15.5–16.5 cm, and L 17–18 cm. Between two sizes, wear the larger one. We will tell you whether to send it back before you pay to post it.

If you have changed your mind

If you have not worn it and the cord is as it arrived, write to us. We will tell you whether we can take it back. We do not promise a fixed number of days. Where the law where you live gives you a right we cannot set aside, that right still applies.

If we agree to a return and the reason is not a fault of ours, you pay the return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee.

A tired cord is not a return

Elastic cord in daily wear lasts about one to two years. When it goes slack, we restring it for the cost of postage. Take the piece off to shower, swim, or sleep.

Cancel before it leaves

Write the same day if you need the order cancelled or the address changed. Once the parcel has left our studio in Hong Kong, the carrier has it, and we can no longer cancel it. If we cancel before dispatch, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Refunds

When a return arrives, we look at it and write to you. If we approve the refund, it goes back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer can take additional time to show it. If it has not appeared after that, write to the same email.
